Seasonal fruit and vegetables arrive at their best: more flavour, more juice and usually a better price. That is why our selection changes through the year.

Autumn and winter

Citrus season (oranges, mandarins), pomegranates, and vegetables like cabbage, pumpkin and leafy greens for stews.

Spring and summer

Stone fruit, melons and watermelons, plus tomatoes, courgettes and peppers for salads and light dishes.

All year round

The Canary climate means many tropical fruits are around for much of the year, and we always have exotic fruit like red banana, blue banana and coconut.
