## Autumn and winter

Citrus season (oranges, mandarins), pomegranates, and vegetables like cabbage, pumpkin and leafy greens for stews.

## Spring and summer

Stone fruit, melons and watermelons, plus tomatoes, courgettes and peppers for salads and light dishes.
